Smördegshjärtan med kräftstjärtar
4 portioner 1 kyld smördegsrulle Ägg till pensling
Fyllning 75 g kräftstjärtar + några mot garnering 1 msk finhackad rödlök 1 msk majonnäs 1 msk crème fraiche 1/2 hackad röd chilifrukt Salt och peppar
Garnering Ärtskott
GÖR SÅ HÄR:
Ta ut åtta hjärtan inom smördegen tillsammans med mått alternativt för grabb. Lägg fyra av dem på enstaka bakpappersklädd plåt. Skär sedan ut ett ram mot bottenplattan vid resterande fyra som läggs runt angående som hjärtats kant, på grund av hand alternativt med en mindre mått.
Nagga och pensla med enkel vispat ägg.
Grädda 12–15 minuter i ˚ eller tills de besitter fått härlig färg. Ta ut samt låt svalna.
Dela kräftstjärtarna samt låt dem rinna från (spara några till garnering). Blanda samman fyllningen samt smaka från med krydda och peppar.
Fyll hjärtformarna nära servering. Garnera med ytterligare kräftstjärtar samt ärtskott.

When I mentioned to my mum that I was going to make Smörgåstårta (Swedish Sandwich Cake) for Midsummers Eve, she was horrified. You see, mum recalls the hideous s creations, that many housewives were so proud of. Today, on the whole, youll find they still look much the same kitsch. Classically, theyre filled with liver pate, ham and cheese. Then theres the seafood version, with smoked salmon and prawns, smothered with a good deal of mayonnaise and crème fraîche. Then adorned with cucumber roses, cherry tomatoes and radish. Healthy, its definitely not.
However, recently many have given the Swedish Sandwich Cake a revamp and bought it up to date. Ive seen healthier semi-naked versions, some decorated
