Juicy Couture accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order for purchases made through our official U.S. online store ().

Orders placed on international websites or third-party retailers (e.g., department stores, resellers, or sites) are not eligible for returns through our U.S. return portal. Please refer to the return policy of the original retailer for assistance.

Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns may take up to days for processing once the package has been delivered.

Please note that items sent back without a return packing slip, will take longer to refund. Packing slips are provided along with the return shipping label when you register your return on our return merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied.

Products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit.

    • We apply a day return policy from when the package hase been delivered.

      To make an exchange or a return do the following:

      1. Package the product in the same way you received them.
      2. Fill in the enclosed return form with you ordernumber and reason for return.
      3. Attach enclosed return form on your package.
      4. Leave the package at your closest service point.

    • We apply free returns when exchanging the product or changing size. If you return the product without placing a new order, the return cost will be deducted from your refund. The return cost is SEK 69, DKK 75, 10€, NOK.

    • When your order has been placed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With the tracking number you can track your order. If you have not received an email, you are welcome to contact us via email to

    • After we have received and processed you return, the money will be visible in your account within bank days. If you have made the payment with card, the money will be transferred to the same account used in the payment. If the payment was made with Klarna, your invoice will be regulated shortly after we have processed your return.

      Jag hade tänkt inhandla enstaka juicydress inom velour samt undrar för tillfället vilken storlek jag bör välja.
      Jag drar normalt S vid underkroppen, dock har ganska långa ben och önskar inte för att dom bör bli på grund av korta. äger även hört att dom är små i storlekarna. Upptill existerar jag mitt emellan S och M. Jag önskar ju ej att jackan ska sitta så tight att man knappt förmå andas alternativt sluta beneath bysten- typ ;-).
      Blir M till litet? bör jag vandra upp vid L?
      Velur töjer ju sig lite även Är villrådig.

      Jag köpte mig ett Juicy set inom strl: XL då jag normalt drar M inom överkroppen& L på underkropen.. Hade sett sååå ifram emot detta för dem är ju såå göra snygg, men då jag fick det därför satt strl:xl alltså likt ett korvskinn på bena& jackan plats väl OK men såå kort,typ inom navelhöjd sålunda det sålde jag raskt vidare likt en strl: S-M & tjejen liksom köpte detta sa för att det satt som gjutet på hon (hon plats altså ett S-M) Rörigt svar,men detta jag ville komma fram till plats att dem verkar existera såå små i strl. Eller fick jag möjligen ett Måndagsexemplar? Så synd, vill ju FF äga ett dock vågar mig inte vid fler sådana set:-) Hoppas du hittar ett liksom passar dig ändå!
