Varför justera förgasaren?
- Du har ändrat din mopeds "setup" bytt luftfilter, cylinder eller avgasrör
- Du känner att moppen har mer att "ge"
- Moppen går ojämnt
- Du har hög bensinförbrukning
- Förändringar p.g.a. vädret kyla/värme högt/lågt lufttryck
Anpassningen av förgasaren till olika lufttryck och temperaturer kan vara intressant för den som håller på med tävlingsmotorer. Normalt så byter man inte munstycken efter klimatet, men påverkan av väderleken kan ge en förklaring till varför en motor en vacker sommarkväll kan gå som en "raket" för att nästa dag vara helt normal igen.

Låg höjd = Mer syre
Hög höjd = Mindre syre
Temperatur
Varmt = Mindre syre
Kallt = Mer syre
Luft
Fuktigt = Mer syre
